Experienced Trainer

Approach

Sometimes, upskilling with a team is about simply setting time together to get comfortable with a tool or platform. I did this with my group at American Family Insurance with tools such as Adobe Analytics and Ditto.

In other cases, more formal delivery of curriculum and lessons are needed.

Either way, my trainings are designed to help participants build connections, skills and resources for success at work.

For HR Professionals

I presented this webinar to talent recruiters as a guest of the Partnership on Employment & Accessible Technology. It presents my data on social media use by people with disabilities. I first shared my findings in a session at the CSUN Assistive Technology Conference.

For Small Business Owners

I created a course and webinar series to help small business owners reach people with disabilities. This 15-minute session offers a maturity model that puts a pragmatic lens on accessibility efforts.
